Frequently Asked Questions:

What happens if I don’t complete periodic CPC training?

All professional drivers are required to complete 35 hours of CPC training over a 5 year period to keep hold of their driver qualification card. Failure to complete these hours will require professional bus, lorry and coach drivers to complete a ‘Return to Driving’ course but this can only be done once every 5 years. You cannot continue to drive for hire or reward without a valid CPC.

Do you offer payment plans?

Klarna can be used to pay for your periodic CPC training, so simply select this option at checkout to break down the cost. To learn more, explore our accessible payment options.

Where can I complete my CPC training locally?

You can complete in-person CPC training on site with us in Sutton in Ashfield, or take part in our interactive online course.

How can I check my CPC hours?

You can check your driver CPC periodic training hours on the government website. You can also check which CPC courses you’ve attended and create a temporary password so employers can view your previous history.
