Train in the trucks you'll actually drive on the job... A lot of driving schools will put you in the biggest, heaviest vehicle they have and hope for the best. We do it differently. Our fleet is built around one idea: give learners the confidence to get qualified, in vehicles that reflect the real world of modern HGV driving.

Our trucks are built to DVSA minimum spec - compact, lower to the ground, and easier to handle than a full-size artic. That's intentional. Learning in a vehicle that feels more like a large van than an Eddie Stobart lorry means you build confidence faster, pass sooner, and step into a full-size cab on your first day of work without it feeling like a massive jump.

Every vehicle in our fleet is automatic, because over 90% of HGVs on UK roads are now automatic, and some manufacturers no longer produce manual gearboxes for HGVs at all. If you hold a manual car licence, you'll still receive a manual HGV licence when you qualify. But you'll train in the equipment the industry actually uses.
Our DAF cabs are fitted with the latest blind spot cameras, moving off information systems, and Direct Vision Standard (DVS) technology - the same systems you'll find in vehicles at major logistics employers. You won't arrive on your first day and find yourself overwhelmed by a dashboard you've never seen before.
Safe, compliant, and future-ready
All our vehicles meet Euro 6 emissions standards and the General Safety Regulation 2 (GSR2) requirements - including enhanced blind spot detection and moving off information systems designed to protect vulnerable road users. Every truck in our fleet is built five centimetres over the DVSA minimum length - compact enough to learn in, close enough to full-size that the step up after qualifying is minimal.
