What do I need to start a transport training course?

+

To start a transport training course, you will need:

  • To be over 18
  • Have a UK car driving licence
  • Ensure your photo card licence is in date (new photo required every 10 years)

You will also need to complete the following:

  • Medical test
  • Theory and hazard perception tests passed
  • Initial CPC
  • Provisional entitlement added to your licence

These are available through our Starter Pack!

Which driving licence in the transport industry pays the most?

+

The most lucrative driving licence to have in the transport industry is a Category C+E licence with an additional ADR certification, which enables you to safely transport hazardous materials. This is a career you can build up gradually from an initial Car to Cat C qualification, then upskill to C+E. Alternatively, you can do a direct Car to Cat C+E course to work towards that goal more quickly, then complete your ADR qualification.

Do you offer payment plans?

+

Yes, we offer payment plans to break down the cost of our transport training courses, available through Klarna. Pay in full, in 3 or 4 installments, or through longer term finance options. You can also pay just the deposit to begin with then settle the full balance 14 days before your course starts. If you’re unsure of whether a transport training course is right for you, our taster session is a great way to test it out without the financial commitment.
